Return & Refund Policy (Universal)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Collector Station sells trading cards, collectibles, memorabilia, apparel, and related merchandise that are non-returnable by nature. Accordingly, all sales are final, whether purchases are made in-store, online, via live sales, or through any other sales channel operated by Collector Station.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Sealed trading card products (packs, boxes, cases)

  • Individual cards (raw or graded)

  • Slabs, sealed cases, and break products

  • Memorabilia and collectibles

  • Apparel and all other merchandise

Once a purchase is completed, it may not be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, market value changes, grading outcomes, or condition disputes.

 

Condition, Odds & Grading Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is and as described at the time of sale. Condition assessments are subjective, and third-party grading results are not guaranteed. Manufacturer pack odds, inserts, and hit rates are outside of our control and are not grounds for a return or refund.

 

Shipping Errors or Damage

In the event of a verified shipping error or damage caused in transit, the customer must notify Collector Station within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the item and original packaging. Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion via replacement or store credit if available. Cash refunds will not be issued.

By completing a purchase with Collector Station — whether in-store or online — you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
