Collector Station processes and ships orders with care and attention. The rates below are exactly what you will see at checkout — no surprises.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1 business day. During high-volume releases or promotions, please allow up to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods (United States)

  • Standard Shipping — $5.99 flat. USPS, typically 2–5 business days from Easley, SC. Tracked.
  • Express — $12.99 flat. USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days. Tracked.
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $75+. Same delivery window as Standard.
  • FREE Local Pickup. Skip shipping entirely — free pickup at our Express Lane drive-through window, 210 E. Main St, Easley, SC. Most orders ready in under 4 hours during store hours.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Collector Station is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. All shipments include tracking.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Collector Station is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is covered by the Collector Station Guarantee: authentic, the exact item pictured, and shipped safely with pro packing. If your order arrives damaged or does not match that standard, notify us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photographs of the item and original packaging, and we will refund it.

Local Pickup & In-Store Orders

For orders designated for local pickup or in-store fulfillment, customers are responsible for collecting items within the stated pickup window. Unclaimed orders may be subject to cancellation or restocking at our discretion.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. Follow us for updates if international shipping becomes available.
