Collector Station processes and ships orders with care and attention. Please review our shipping policies below before completing a purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary due to product availability, high-volume releases, or special promotions.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via reputable third-party carriers. Shipping method availability, costs, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Collector Station is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
We strongly recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance where available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Collector Station is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and original packaging. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.
Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion via replacement or store credit. Cash refunds will not be issued.
Local Pickup & In-Store Orders
For orders designated for local pickup or in-store fulfillment, customers are responsible for collecting items within the stated pickup window. Unclaimed orders may be subject to cancellation or restocking at our discretion.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
