Welcome to Collector Station. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, interactions, and use of services provided by Collector Station, whether conducted in-store, online, through live sales, social platforms, or any other sales channel operated by Collector Station.
By accessing our website, entering our retail location, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Conditions
Collector Station reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, pricing, or policies without notice.
2. Products & Sales
All products are sold as-is and as-described at the time of sale. This includes sealed products, individual cards (raw or graded), memorabilia, apparel, and all other merchandise.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted. Market fluctuations, grading results, pack odds, or buyer expectations do not constitute grounds for dispute.
3. Condition, Grading & Odds Disclaimer
Trading cards and collectibles involve inherent risk. Condition assessments are subjective. Third-party grading outcomes are not guaranteed. Manufacturer pack odds and hit rates are determined solely by the manufacturer and are outside of our control.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
4. Pricing & Errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, Collector Station reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order prior to fulfillment. We are not obligated to honor incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Collector Station is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Claims for shipping damage or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic documentation. Approved resolutions are issued at our sole discretion and may include replacement or store credit only.=
6. Live Sales, Breaks & In-Store Content
Participation in live sales, breaks, or recorded content is voluntary. By participating or remaining in areas where recording occurs, you grant Collector Station the right to use your likeness, voice, and participation for marketing, promotional, and content purposes without compensation.
Break results are final. No substitutions, rerolls, or refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, content, video, photography, and written materials are the property of Collector Station and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Collector Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina in the courts of Pickens County, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
