Pokémon Pitch Black: Release Date, Prices and What's in Stock

Pokémon Pitch Black released July 17, 2026.

Pitch Black (ME05) is part of the Mega Evolution series, and it's moving. Here's what's actually in stock at the Station right now, and what the early comps say about what's worth chasing.

Full checklist and release details: Pokémon Pitch Black on Collector Nation.

What's in stock

  • Pitch Black Elite Trainer Box — $90, limited units on the shelf.
  • Pitch Black Booster Pack — $10, well stocked. Grab a handful and rip at the Pack Bar next time you're in.
  • Booster Bundle — sold out already. Use the "text me when it's back" link on the product page and we'll hit you up the second more land.

What the early comps say

Real numbers from actual sold listings, not guesses:

  • Booster packs are trading steady around $10 on the secondary market — right at retail, which tells you supply is keeping up with demand so far.
  • Mega Darkrai ex (#101/084) is settling in around $13 as the set's base chase card.
  • The Slowbro secret rare (#090/084) is the one worth watching — comps were running $22–$25 in the first ten days after release.

The ETB itself is still a question mark. It's new enough that there isn't a real sold-comp history yet — anyone telling you a firm resale number on it right now is guessing. We'll update this once there's actual data.

Shop the set

Full case at Pokémon Sealed. If you're in Upstate SC, swing by the Station in Easley and rip it in person — that's what the Pack Bar is for.
