Want to know when this is back?

Cooper Flagg just finished one of the most decorated rookie seasons in NBA history — and this is his card from the release that kicked it all off. The 2025-26 Topps NBA Hoops Silver Holo #35 RC is Flagg's official licensed rookie card, issued in the first Topps NBA-branded set since Topps reclaimed its basketball license, making the entire Hoops release a historically significant drop for the hobby.

  • The player: 2025-26 Kia NBA Rookie of the Year. Flagg, the #1 overall pick out of Duke, averaged 21.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.9 blocks per game while shooting 46.8% from the field — and became the first rookie since Michael Jordan to lead his team in all four major statistical categories. He also broke the NBA record for most points scored by a teenager with a 51-point effort against Orlando.
  • The card: Card #35, Silver Holo parallel — a step above the base rookie, dressed in a shimmering silver holofoil treatment that pops on a Mavericks uniform shot. Catalogued officially as a Parallel/Variety: Silver Holo by Topps.
  • The set: 2025-26 Topps NBA Hoops — the landmark return of the Topps name to licensed NBA cardboard, combining retro design sensibility with modern parallel structure. Collectors are treating this release with the same long-view significance they give to a player's first-ever licensed Topps issue.
  • Market: Raw base Hoops Flagg RCs are tracking around $33, PSA 9s around $75, and PSA 10s at $222+, with the Silver Holo commanding a premium over the base across the board. His broader Topps rookie market has shown strong, sustained bidding activity and quick Buy It Now sell-throughs.

Flagg is 19 years old, already an ROY winner, and widely projected as the face of the Dallas Mavericks franchise for the next decade. The Silver Holo is the sharpest entry point into his Hoops rookie checklist — distinct enough to hold serious collector appeal, accessible enough that it won't be the one that got away.
