Want to know when this is back?

Sam Leavitt is the most compelling quarterback prospect to come out of the Big 12 in years — and this card captures him at exactly the right moment. The 2025 Bowman U Chrome 1955 Bowman Autograph Variation #55AV-27 Orange Refractor is his first certified autograph in the iconic 1955 Bowman throwback design, hand-numbered 24/25, making this one of only 25 copies in existence at this color tier.

The football credentials behind this card are legitimate. Leavitt won Big 12 Freshman of the Year in 2024, setting Arizona State's freshman record with over 3,300 total yards and leading the Sun Devils to their first conference championship since 2007. He entered 2025 as the Big 12 preseason offensive player of the year and a widely cited first-round target in the 2026 NFL Draft, with ESPN analysts placing him inside the top three quarterbacks in his class. The Heisman Trophy conversation was real before a foot injury shortened his year — the upside here is banked, and the draft stock remains high.

  • Set: 2025 Bowman University Chrome — the premier first-card platform for college football's top prospects
  • Insert: 1955 Bowman Football Autograph Variation (set code 55AV) — a retro-design on-card auto subset with a deep refractor parallel ladder
  • Parallel: Orange Refractor, numbered /25 — only the Black (/10), Red (/5), and SuperFractor (1/1) sit above it
  • Serial number: 24/25 — near the end of the run, one of the final copies ever produced
  • Player: Sam Leavitt, Arizona State QB — Big 12 champion, franchise QB prospect, and one of the most tracked names in 2025 Bowman U Chrome

Comparable 1955 Bowman Autograph Orange Refractors /25 for premier prospects in this same set have cleared well into three figures raw, with top-player copies reaching higher. A Leavitt first-round call in April 2026 would immediately reprice every low-pop auto in this tier. With only 25 copies of this Orange Refractor produced — and the next step up being a Black numbered to 10 — the math on scarcity speaks for itself.
