Want to know when this is back?
Now I have a very clear picture. The product is the **2025 Panini Mahomes Icon Collection Football Lunchbox** — the retail Blaster box format (sometimes called a "lunchbox" in hobby vernacular). Let me also note: the search revealed the Icon Collection Blaster is the affordable retail companion to the premium Authentically Mahomes hobby product. I have all the configuration details needed. Here is the product description: ---

Patrick Mahomes is back signing for Panini — and this is your accessible entry point. The 2025 Panini Patrick Mahomes Icon Collection Football Lunchbox (Blaster Box) marks one of the most talked-about retail releases in the 2025–26 football card calendar: the first dedicated retail Mahomes autograph product in nearly five years, packaged in a collector-friendly format that delivers guaranteed hits every single box.

Configuration is locked in at 6 packs per box, 4 cards per pack — 24 cards total. Every box delivers 3 Red Parallels, 1 Opti-Chrome Insert, and 1 Memorabilia Card on average, with Mahomes autographs lurking as the headline chase.

The checklist is built entirely around Patrick Mahomes II, Kansas City Chiefs. Insert families span the full arc of his career — Icon Collection (in-season action), Icon Highlights (milestone moments), Campus Legend (Texas Tech throwbacks), and Icon Connections, which pairs Mahomes with legendary teammates and QB greats. The Opti-Chrome inserts bring a premium chrome-finish look to the retail tier, and the parallel ladder includes numbered Black Pandora (/25), Gold (/10), and Gold Vinyl 1/1 versions of memorabilia cards.

What you're hunting:

  • Crown of the Kingdom Autographs — numbered to /15, among the lowest-print-run autos in the product
  • Mahomes Magic Autographs — /15 Gold parallel, a true box-breaker pull
  • Rocket Launch Autographs — hard-signed Mahomes chase in the retail tier
  • Game Gear & Highlight Materials Relics — game-used memorabilia guaranteed per box
  • Black Pandora (/25), Gold (/10) & Gold Vinyl 1/1 relic parallels
  • Opti-Chrome Inserts — the sharpest non-auto visual pull in the box

With Panini's NFL license expiring after the 2025 season, this is among the last retail Panini football products ever produced — making every Mahomes auto and numbered parallel here a historically significant piece of the hobby. Collectors targeting the Patrick Mahomes autograph rainbow at the retail level have exactly one place to look.
