Cam Skattebo arrived in New York as a fourth-round value pick and immediately made everyone look foolish for sleeping on him. 617 scrimmage yards and seven touchdowns in just eight games — including a three-TD explosion in the Giants' Thursday Night Football upset of the Eagles — before a season-ending ankle injury cut his rookie year short. His 19.1 fantasy points per game during his six full starts would have ranked sixth in the entire NFL over a full season. He enters 2026 fully healthy, penciled in as the Giants' lead back under new head coach John Harbaugh, and carrying breakout-season expectations.

This card captures that whole story in one spectacular piece of cardboard. The 2025 Topps Resurgence Rookie Relic Signatures #RRS-CS delivers exactly what the format promises: an on-card autograph paired with a game-used relic swatch, housed in one of the most visually aggressive chrome sets Topps has produced. Resurgence leans hard into its electricity-and-energy identity with a full Refractor rainbow, and the Lime Green Power Surge parallel — serially numbered to just /15 — sits near the very top of that ladder, sitting above the Orange /25 and Gold /50 in scarcity.

  • Card: 2025 Topps Resurgence Rookie Relic Signatures #RRS-CS — Cam Skattebo, New York Giants
  • Parallel: Lime Green Power Surge Refractor
  • Serial Number: 10/15 — one of only fifteen copies ever made
  • Features: On-card rookie autograph + game-used memorabilia relic
  • Rookie Status: True RC year — Skattebo's first NFL season was 2025

The Resurgence Rookie Relic Signatures set spans 40 cards and is recognized as one of the flagship autograph-relic inserts in the product. Skattebo is one of the most collector-demanded names in the entire checklist, particularly in the New York market. With only 15 copies of this Lime Green parallel in existence, population will stay razor-thin permanently. A healthy, motivated Skattebo heading into his sophomore season means the window to buy this card at a reasonable price is closing fast.
