The 2026 Topps Flagship Football Skyler Bell 1991 True Black Auto RC #91FRA-SB, serial-numbered 01/10, is the second-to-last parallel in the 1991 Rookie Autograph rainbow — one of just ten copies in existence — and it arrives as the first-on-print (serial number 01) for an unprecedented layer of rarity on top of an already ultra-short run.

Bell enters the NFL as one of the most hyped Day 3 steals of the 2026 draft class.
