Konnor Griffin's first flagship Topps rookie card is card US1 — and that alone makes the 2026 Topps Update Series Baseball Value Box the most talked-about retail release of the fall. The Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop skipped Series 1 and Series 2 entirely, so Update Series is his only appearance in the 2026 Topps flagship run. Every box you open is a shot at the card collectors have been waiting all year for.

Each Value Box delivers six packs of 12 cards — 72 cards total — and comes guaranteed with three Value Box Exclusive Holiday Base Card parallels found nowhere else. The 350-card base set spans 85 RC-logo rookies and 40 Rookie Debut subjects, closing out Topps' 75th Anniversary flagship trilogy in style.

The rookie checklist is loaded. Alongside Griffin (US1), you're hunting standard rookie cards for Kevin McGonigle (Detroit Tigers, US7), JJ Wetherholt (St. Louis Cardinals, US50), Justin Crawford (Philadelphia Phillies, US2), Carson Benge (New York Mets, US3), Travis Bazzana (Cleveland Guardians, US75), and Andrew Painter (Philadelphia Phillies, US63). Rookie Debut cards add Roman Anthony, Jac Caglianone, Munetaka Murakami, Nolan McLean, Cam Schlittler, Samuel Basallo, and Bryce Eldridge to the mix.

The parallel rainbow spans the full flagship spectrum — Gold /2026, Purple Holo /250, Blue Holo /150, Green Holo /99, Gold Holo /50, Orange Holo /25, Black Holo /10, Red Holo /5, and a Rose Gold Holo 1/1. The Value Box also carries the 75 Years of Topps Baseball Autographs subset, putting ink from signers like Elly De La Cruz, Mookie Betts, and Pedro Martinez within reach.

What you're hunting:

  • Konnor Griffin RC US1 — his only 2026 Topps flagship base rookie card
  • Value Box Exclusive Holiday parallels: Jack O'Lantern, Ghost, Skeleton /99, Black Cat /10, Witches Hat /5, Bats 1/1 — the rarest case-hit in all of retail
  • Baseball Stars Autographs featuring Griffin, McGonigle, Wetherholt, Bazzana, Benge, Murakami, and Barry Bonds
  • 1991 Topps Baseball Autographs with Mike Trout, Ronald Acuña Jr., Roman Anthony, and Yoshinobu Yamamoto
  • 1991 Topps All-Star Autographs headlined by Ken Griffey Jr., Shohei Ohtani, Mariano Rivera, and Paul Skenes
  • Rookie Sensations inserts featuring Anthony, Murakami, Caglianone, McGonigle, and Griffin
  • Gold /2026 and Vintage Stock /99 base parallels across the full rookie checklist

With hobby and jumbo boxes already sold out at release and Griffin's RC market heating up fast, the Value Box is the sharpest entry point into the most rookie-deep Update Series in years.
