Each Chaos Rising Sleeved Booster Pack delivers 10 cards + 1 Basic Energy + 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card, sealed inside a protective cardboard guard. The full set spans 122 cards — 86 base cards plus 36 secret rares (#087–#122) — and includes five Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, five Pokémon ex, 11 Illustration Rares, 18 Ultra Rares, and six Special Illustration Rares. The set is adapted from Japan's Ninja Spinner expansion, with three English-exclusive additions: Mega Gallade ex, Krookodile ex, and Adversity Policy.
