The release commemorates Pokémon's 30th Anniversary, and Charmander sits at the center of it.

It forms a combined illustration with the MEP Promotional Bulbasaur and Squirtle — together representing the iconic first partner trio of the Kanto region — illustrated by Saboteri in a clean, character-driven piece built for display.
