The Jolteon ex 153/131 — Special Illustration Rare, Scarlet & Violet: Prismatic Evolutions — PSA 9 Mint is one of the most visually striking Eeveelution cards ever printed, sealed in a PSA slab at the grade most serious collectors target for long-term holds.

Prismatic Evolutions arrived January 17, 2025, as a landmark special expansion built entirely around the Eevee family. Every Eeveelution received its own brand-new Special Illustration Rare, each depicting a Terastallized Stellar Tera Pokémon ex — a concept unprecedented in the TCG's history. Jolteon's SIR, numbered 153/131 (a secret rare beyond the 131-card base set), was illustrated by kantaro, whose composition drives the eye straight into Jolteon's electric charge using a dramatic vanishing-point perspective — sharp lines and a highly stylized abstract background that mirrors the geometry of Jolteon's Stellar Tera crown. The result feels kinetic in a way no other Eeveelution SIR in the set matches.

Raw NM copies move in the $195–$212 range, and the PSA 9 slab carries a premium above that — making this the smart entry point for a card that lives in one of the most collector-demanded modern Pokémon TCG sets ever released. Eeveelution SIR master sets are actively being chased, and Jolteon ex is a required piece of that puzzle. This slab delivers the card in verified, protected, PSA-certified condition — ready to display, hold, or anchor a Prismatic Evolutions collection.
