Pikachu 197/SV-P is a Japanese Scarlet & Violet Era promotional card — and this one carries genuine event pedigree. This card was given out to participants in the Pokémon Card Gym Tournament in Japan from September 2 through December 31, 2024. It was never sold in any toy stores, Pokémon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs — the only path to ownership was showing up and competing.
