Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Black Bolt Binder Collection puts the crown jewel of Unova — Zekrom ex — front and center, and gives you five booster packs of the most in-demand special set of 2025 to start hunting it immediately.

Black Bolt is a special set, meaning no standalone booster boxes exist — booster packs are only available inside products like this one. The Binder Collection includes a thematic 9-pocket binder, five Scarlet & Violet—Black Bolt booster packs, and a collector's card list. Each booster pack contains 10 cards and 1 Basic Energy.

In addition to regular cards, each Unova Pokémon gets an Illustration Rare or Special Illustration Rare card, and Zekrom ex, Reshiram ex, and Victini also receive new BWR (Black & White Rare) cards featuring striking monochromatic coloring. The set also revives horizontal holofoil Basic Energy cards from the original Black & White era.
