This is the full-art Reshiram from the Pokémon TCG Celebrations: Classic Collection — one of the 25 hand-selected reprints produced to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Celebrations released October 8, 2021, and the Classic Collection subset was built specifically to honor the game's most iconic cards across its entire history.

The Reshiram 113/114 is a faithful reprint of the full-art Reshiram from Black & White Base Set (2011) — the defining legendary of the Black & White era and one of the most recognizable dragon-type Pokémon in the game. What sets every Classic Collection card apart is its exclusive Confetti Holofoil etching and 25th Anniversary stamp, a finish that does not exist on any other printing of this card. The artwork is credited to 5ban Graphics, and the card retains its original numbering, attacks, and 130 HP.
